SCC certification – safety matters!

SCC, or Safety Certificate Contractors, is a certification process developed to ensure the quality of sub-contractors in the fields of occupational safety and health and environmental protection. It allows the business awarding the contract (the principal) to find out whether their sub-contractors meet the relevant standards. Certification is awarded by accredited auditors.

Nearly all Blumenbecker Industrie-Service GmbH branches now have this certification.

The main benefits to principals of SCC certification are that they know up front which safety standards we adhere to and what that means: fewer accidents, less downtime for machinery and plant and, of course, cost savings.
